It was raining the previous night. Our initial plan was to go out searching for owls at night, however, we decided to give it an early morning start today. We were trying to be patience and waited for the owls to make the first call. Once we got the call, we approached it slowly. The earlier sighting was with poor lighting but we still took some record shots. As the sun rises, we get better opportunity to take photographs of the Spotted Wood Owl.
